I design and build courses from scratch, host and manage them on the LMS, and report on how learners actually use them. From a single interactive course to a white-labelled academy serving corporate clients, I handle the whole pipeline, so you're not stitching together three freelancers to get one finished product.

Flagship: AI-Coached Time Management Course
The brief: Corporate learners are told to "manage their time better" and handed a slide deck. It doesn't stick. The goal was a course that learners would actually finish, with support available the moment they got stuck.
What I built: An interactive, scenario-based course that follows Paula, a burned-out Client Services Director, through real workplace decisions. The course is 13 slides, built in Articulate Storyline 360, with embedded Vyond video scenarios that show the stakes of poor time management.
The centerpiece: Janice the AI coach: Mid-course, learners meet Janice, an AI coaching chatbot powered by Claude API. She responds in real-time to their questions: "Paula says she has too many meetings. What would you tell her?" A learner types an answer. Janice responds with targeted coaching, reframes common misconceptions, and suggests a framework they can use tomorrow.
Why it matters: This course does three things at once. It teaches concepts through story, lets learners practice their thinking in a safe space, and gives them a real coach when they're stuck. No more passive watching.
Result: A self-contained, re-playable course where learners get coaching on demand instead of waiting for a trainer.
